Barry designs and facilitates strategic analysis and planning programs for boards, implementation business planning services for executives and staff, as well as long-term follow-up support.

Barry regularly teaches staff in the areas of change management. leadership, coaching skills, project management, task/priority management, communication, problem solving/decision making, and service excellence.
